The completion of the Grant Report is an important element of the Horseshoe Foundation of Floyd County grants program. It not only provides an assessment and accounting of the grant to the Foundation's Board of Directors and Grants Committee, but it also provides data which enables the Foundation to continually monitor the effectiveness of its grants program in relation to its stated goals.
Grant final reports are due 1 year and two months from the time the grant funding was awarded. Organizations wishing to apply for funds must have a grant final report turned in for all previously awarded grants.
