The Horseshoe Foundation of Floyd County awarded $325,000 in grants to community organizations on Wednesday, December 5th. The celebration was held at the Town Clock Church in New Albany. It was a great event and a wonderful way to start the holidays.

The Horseshoe Foundation contributed $2.8 million to the community in 2011.

Annual Reports

The Foundation produces a report annually to the citizens of Floyd County to provide accountability for the funds contributed from Horseshoe Southern Indiana. Each year a significant portion of the funds the Foundation receives are immediately given back to the community through grants and scholarships. Another portion is invested for the long term viability of the Foundation. Also the numbers in these reports are audited by independent audit firms in the community.
